By accessing or using Jobspan (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App — including its software, source code, design, layout, structure, features, and content — is owned by Shiralee Ventures Pty Ltd and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your authorised internal business scheduling, only for as long as permitted by Shiralee Ventures Pty Ltd.
You must not: (a) copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (c) scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data except via provided features; (d) resell, sublicense, rent, or give third parties access; (e) use the App to build or assist a competing product; or (f) remove any proprietary or copyright notices.
The App and its design, features, and underlying concepts are confidential. You must not disclose, publish, or share screenshots or access with anyone outside authorised users.
Use the App only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access or interfere with its security or operation.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data you enter. Handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiralee Ventures Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, including for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
