Account details (name, email, initials, role); authentication data (password hashes, MFA secrets); and scheduling data you create or that is synced from WorkflowMAX (job numbers, names, hours, allocations, staff assignments, notes, leave).
To provide the scheduling service, authenticate you, send invitations and assignment notifications, and operate and improve the App.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access-controlled, and protected by per-account isolation with optional multi-factor authentication. Hosted on Railway.
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the App: Railway (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (DNS/security), and WorkflowMAX (source job data).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting [email protected].
Information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted.
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
This policy may be updated; the effective date and version will change accordingly.
